Reversible plough GARARAT SMRP-4+1-40S

Semi-mounted reversible plough GARARAT SMRP-4+1-40S is designed for smooth plowing of old, slightly stony soils.

The slope of the field surface should not exceed 8 degrees. The size of stubble and grass stand should not exceed 25 cm. The presence of accumulations of unharvested straw in the field is not allowed.

The plow has right- and left-hand turning bodies, which are alternately included in the work during forward and reverse travel, due to which the seam is always turned in one direction and the unit operates in a shuttle way, which saves fuel, since there is no need to divide the cultivated field into corrals, which is especially actual on low-contour fields. The plow turnover takes place thanks to one hydraulic cylinder and a hydraulic turnover valve.

On the bodys there are a trash boards, designed for better seam turnover and plant residues embedding.

The plough can be equipped with a skimmer - a tool for cutting off the top layer of soil and dropping it into the furrow, which contributes to a more complete destruction and incorporation of weeds.

After plowing with the GARARAT SMRP-4+1-40S plow, the leveling of the soil surface improves. Smooth plowing is convenient for seeders, combines and tractors. The advantages of a smooth plow over a conventional plow are especially noticeable when working on slopes and irregular fields.

The use of semi-helical moldboards with elements such as the chisel and mouldboard shin allows them to increase their service life - only these wear parts are changed, extending the service life of the more expensive share and blade, respectively.

Guaranteed reliability of structures. The plough frame is made of a square section 160x160x8 mm, the traction beam is made of a square section 150x150x8 mm.

• a simple spring protection system allows the bodies to smoothly bypass stones and other obstacles and automatically return to their original position while maintaining the depth of plowing and its quality;
• two-wheeled support section ensures the stability of the plow both in work and during its transportation;
• the use of semi-helical mouldboards allows for the incorporation of crop residues up to 25 cm high. The presence of a fixed width of the hull capture (40 cm). Promotes plowing under any conditions;
• with the help of two hydraulic cylinders, the plow is turned from the right-hand working position to the left-hand one and vice versa, as well as to lock the plow into the “butterfly” position during transportation.
